Recension: Matt Haig är en storfavorit hos mig. Sättet han skriver på får mig ofta att skratta.  Evie and the animals är inget undantag. En charmig och rolig bok riktad till barn i bokslukaråldern. Passar perfekt till vuxna med. Matt har en förmåga att blanda allvarliga händelser men en stor dos humor. Man förstår allvaret men man sitter inte och gråter boken igenom. Evie, hennes mormor och alla djuren är underbara. Rekommenderar till alla som också önskar att det kunde tala med djur. Sammanlagt får boken 4 av 5.
